Grazie per la riflessione, estremamente pertinente. L’enfisema polmonare, comporta non solo limitazioni respiratorie ma anche importanti implicazioni sociali che meritano attenzione. ne ho individuate diverse:
-Limitazioni nelle attività quotidiane: può ridurre la partecipazione a eventi sociali, viaggi, incontri familiari.
-Isolamento: la necessità di ossigenoterapia o la tosse persistente possono generare imbarazzo o ritrosia nel frequentare luoghi pubblici.
-Impatto psicologico: ansia, depressione e riduzione dell’autostima sono comuni e influenzano la vita relazionale.
-Dipendenza da caregiver: può modificare le dinamiche familiari e sociali, generando senso di colpa o frustrazione.
